While employed at EDAW, New York, Paul Mills provided the winning design for an international design competition for the rebuilding of the telecommunication center of Baghdad. The new complex is supported by the existing telecommunication tower that dominates the Baghdad skyline and incorporates a new central post office for Baghdad. Chosen from 29 entrants, the project marks a new era in Baghdad's reconstruction. While at Saratoga Associates, Paul completed the construction documents for the project. The project is currently under construction.
