chandler lane mixed use development
While at Saratoga Associates, Paul Mills provided the site design and direction of a 36 acre mixed use development for the initial EIS study. The strategy for the proposed development was to create a New Urbanist environment that provided adequate trails to reduce the need for motor vehicles. The development incorporates 100,000 SF of commercial/office space, and a combination of townhouses and condominium living in a variety of unit types. The project was the first stage of a 100 acre development.
