rowan university west campus expansion
While employed at EDAW, Paul Mills developed a site plan for Rowan University expansion to incorporate a myriad of program items including the relocation of all sporting teams from the main campus to this site. In addition, we created a mixed-use main street, student housing sports facilities, hotel and new professional soccer stadium. The site plan was selected by the university to be implemented by the master developer for the site.
