Russell + Mills Studios is currently working with the Downtown Development Authority and the City of Fort Collins to develop Schematic Design and Construction Documents for three of the Downtown Alleys outlined in the Alleys Master Plan. The work involves extensive public involvement with property owners, City Staff, Artists and various Boards and Commissions. Russell Mills Studios is leading the design efforts and Design Team which includes Civil Engineers, Traffic Engineers, Consulting Artists, Lighting Designers and an Architect.
