Russell + Mills Studios partnered with Clarion Associates to provide design services for the City of Glenwood Springs, Colorado. The design team was retained to provide a detailed guideline documents that presented standards for residential infill.

The City of Glenwood Springs has been under immense pressure for residential development that has resulted in developments that have been unfavorable and incompatible with the town and the community. The guidelines aimed to provide clear directions for future development within the city while not prescribing materials, or overly specific design direction. Russell + Mills Studios prepared typical prototypes for the city that examines a variety of possible examples.
