laramie community plaza
Russell + Mills Studios were hired by the City of Laramie and Laramie Main Street to design their first community plaza within Laramie. The project consisted of a detailed public process and board meetings to reach a design that found consensus among Laramie residents, local business owners and the City.
The resulting designs were presented to city council and adopted. Russell + Mills Studios are developing the construction documents for the plaza for the first phase to be implemented the summer of 2009.
