laramie community plaza

Russell + Mills Studios was hired by the City of Laramie and Laramie Main Street to design the first community plaza within downtown Laramie as a community gathering space. The project consisted of a detailed public process and board meetings to reach a design that found consensus among Laramie residents, local business owners and the City.

The resulting designs were presented to city council and adopted. Russell + Mills Studios developed construction documents for the plaza and it was constructed in 2010 and has been warmly welcomed by the City, residents and downtown business owners.
