Russell + Mills Studios has been hired by the Everitt Companies to assist in the design, entitlement and planning, and the construction documentation of a 400 house planned community in south Fort Collins.   With inspiration coming from the property's rural past, the plan represents  an opportunity  to create common spaces for the community that could offer edible gardens, native plantings, and themed parks, play elements, and a spray park.
