Russell + Mills Studios were retained by the Town of Wamsutter to provide a town-wide landscape master plan. The goal of the plan is to provide a clear direction on how to transform a previous transient based town into a viable permanent community.
The town now affords a vibrant, active community who is passionate about improvement the character of the town to reflect the qualities other older towns have. The project is seen as a catalyst for other redevelopment opportunities that are beginning to occur.
