Russell + Mills Studios were retained by the Town of Wamsutter to provide a town-wide landscape master plan. The goal of the plan is to provide a clear direction on how to transform a previous transient based town into a viable permanent community.

The town now possesses a vibrant, active community passionate about improving its character to reflect the qualities other older towns have. The project is seen as a catalyst for other redevelopment opportunities that are beginning to occur.
