winery village mixed use development
Russell + Mills Studios led design efforts to help establish a vibrant character to this Tuscan village themed mixed use development. The project involves a variety of commercial, retail and residential structures including a spa/hotel which all create a contemporary version of a European piazza. Rich pedestrian spaces unify the site and invite visitors to spend time outdoors between their visits to markets, wineries and the hotel/spa. Illustrations were produced that became marketing materials to entice potential investors in the project. The project has secured funding and further design efforts will soon begin.
